“Dr. Bill” – Head
Surgeon

The Plumbing Dr, Inc., is owned and operated by
William K. Bennett. Dr. Bill was born and raised in Northern
Virginia, still lives and works in Falls Church. Over 30 years ago he decided to become a
plumber, hoping to help homeowners solve their plumbing problems big or small. Gaining
experience and expertise, he has been in the plumbing business for 36 years and operated
his own business for over 25 years. His main focus is customer satisfaction!

Tracy Bennett – Office
Manager/Admin./Dispatch

Tracy is also a native of
Northern Va. and is the proud daughter of Dr. Bill.  Tracy
was previously an Asst. Office Manager with the company a
few years back, and has recently returned to that position.
Although her main background is in Education, she enjoys
working in the Customer Service field assisting in
scheduling, conflict resolution, and ensuring customer
satisfaction .  In her spare time, she enjoys coaching

Jeanne Miller – Dispatcher

Jeanne
Miller was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana and has
worked in customer service since graduating from Macalester
College in 2008.  She is currently working on her Master’s
in Business Administration and enjoys learning more about
the care and efficiency that goes into running a successful
business.  She understands the importance of believing in
the quality of a product or service in order to instill that
same belief in her customers, and does her best to ensure
they are all well taken care serviced.

Dr. Larry Dunn – Plumber

Larry was
born in California and grew up in Gaithersburg, Md.  He
started in the plumbing industry as a helper in 1984 and
then received his Journeymen’s license in 1989.  Larry then
advanced his career and obtained and currently holds his
Master’s license.  He enjoys walking his dog in the country
and golfing.  Larry’s main goal is to provide superior
customer satisfaction to each and every customer.

Marlon Romero- Plumber’s Helper

Marlon,
originally from El Salvador, has been in the United States
for 11 years and in the Northern Virginia area for 6 years.
Marlon is currently enrolled and attending plumbing
apprentice classes and hopes to obtain his Master’s license
in a few years.  Marlon is well versed in repair work as
well as sewer and water service replacements.

Ken Bennett – Inventory/Control
Specialist

Kenny is originally From
Arlington, Virginia and has resided in the Northern Virginia
area for many years. He maintains a vast knowledge of
Heating Oil Service and Inventory Control. Kenny’s main
focus with The Plumbing Dr. Company is to ensure the
Plumbing Technician’s have reliable transportation and the
proper supplies to provide prompt customer service.

 
 

“Dr. Charlie”
- Plumbing Technician

Charlie Cox is from New York’s
Finger Lakes region.  He has been plumbing for over 11 years.  4 years Virginia
State plumbing apprenticeship.  Dr. Charlie enjoys residential repair, sewer and
drain cleaning.

“Dr. Manning” -
Plumbing Technician

Manning Savage is originally
from Los angles, California and lived in Washington
D.C. as a child.  He began plumbing at the end
of high school and decided to make plumbing his career. Manning’s
favorite part of plumbing is seeing a job from beginning to
end done correctly. He specializes in tankless water heaters
and all aspects of service plumbing. He has currently been
plumbing for 12 yrs. He is certified to install
Rinnai water heaters and Trac pipe .


Dr. Sam- Plumbing
Technician

Joining the company in
January 2011, Sam Watt is a licensed journeyman with over
twelve years of plumbing experience.  Sam takes great pride
in being able to find the most difficult leaks, and getting
them fixed quickly.  Drain cleaning and faucet repair are
also tasks Sam enjoys performing. 

 

Michael Leach -
Helper

Michael was born and raised in
Fairfax, Virginia. He has been with the Company since 2005.
Michael specializes in Water Service Repair and
Replacements. He is our best technician for these jobs, and
performs them so well that it is not visible that there has
been an excavation. Michael believes that no job is too big
or too small and will never leave a customer unhappy.


Guido Miranda-Vasquez-
Helper 

Guido, originally from
Bolivia, has been in the United States for approximately 10
yrs.  He has been in the Northern Va. area for 3 yrs.  Guido
is currently enrolled and attending plumbing apprentice
classes at Woodson.  He hopes to obtain his master’s license
in a few years. As a plumber’s helper, Guido is eager to
learn all he can on a daily basis by working closely
alongside our seasoned mechanics.

 

“IN MEMORY”

James D. Moore/March 03, 1955 – September 16, 2007


James Moore was from
Alexandria Virginia and had lived in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area
his entire life. James graduated from Weber State University with a major in
Mathematics and a minor in Botany. He then spent 10 years in the U.S. Air
Force as a Tech Sergeant while studying Electro-Mechanical Science.
James achieved the status of Master Plumber
in the state of Virginia after 20 years of working in the trade. He also had
certifications in; Refrigerant Transition and Recovery, Trac Pipe Gas
Piping, and Ward Flex Piping. He  worked in HVAC as well as plumbing over
his tenure.  James was a valued employee with the Plumbing Dr. Company
and is greatly missed.
