First of all, we really appreciated you coming out, assessing the issue and checking in with your crew the entire day on their progress – it made us feel that you were personally invested from the start. The crew took their time to figure out the issue and talked us through the entire process with recommendations along the way – they were great! They resolved the problem, talked us through future mitigation options and provided us guidance on prevention techniques.
I do not have any social media accounts, but want to let you know that again, Dr. Charlie did an excellent job installing my new kitchen faucet and 2 valves. I was not expecting to have to get 2 new valves because of kitchen remodel in 2008, but because I trust Dr. Charlie, I agreed to do it even though I really could not afford it. I consider Dr. Charlie an excellent plumber who is trust worthy and I know I can count on him to tell me like it is and not afraid of being taken advantage of. I am very happy with the job he did today, 11/3/2020! Thanks again for the $25 gift card; it helped me a lot – 🙂 Dr. Charlie of the Plumbing Dr is the ONLY plumber for me! He’s the best!
